Copy all or selected flows and App from default to other environment

Is there a way to create an automation to copy selected or all flow and apps from default to new environment?

    Yes.

    1. Create a solution
    2. Add the flows to your solution
    3. Export the solution as unmanaged (assuming you are moving it to a dev environment)
    4. Import the solution in the new environment.
