Is the transform API (mediap.svc.ms/transform) down?

I'm making use of an API (e.g. https://westeurope1-mediap.svc.ms/transform/pdf) to transform Word files to PDF so I can display then in my app via the PDF viewer (see Reza's video on this topic). I started to get errors, "HTTP Error 503.2 - Service Unavailable" and "Our services aren't available right now. We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon." 

 

Anyone with a similar issue?

    FYI, I got in touch with Microsoft Support, and they confirmed that the service was down for a couple hours but got fixed.
