Hi, first post so apologies if I break any rules or if this has been asked before (I did my best to check)

I am looking to refresh an excel file through Power Automate flows without necessarily having to open the Excel File. My current workaround is to create a Macro to refresh the file on opening but i'm aware Microsoft are slowly pulling away from VBA.

Is there a way that I can create a flow that refreshes the excel file without any user input (literally just Data > Refresh All) and then attach this to an Email to send to Users?
