Model Driven App users and flows

Hi,

Have created various "back end" flows with no issues.

Would like to create some flows that users of the Model Driven App can use.

1 in particular has a manual trigger which will ask for a value and then create some records in the Dateverse (premium connector) table.

1st question is do all users then require a license for the premium connector or can just 1 user with the connector be used and shared?

2nd Question, how do I give all users access to use the flow?

I have tried sharing and they need to go all the way into a Flow screen via See Your Flows, then have to know what one to select and then have to know how to run it.

Can this not be run from directly in say the grid view by selecting Flow then Run and it should appear there?

Thank in advance

Todd

    HI,

Everyone will need their own license, As for sharing, I personally would create a security group, then add everyone to that, then add the security group to the Flow, depending on what run type you are using.

You can run the flow from a button for instance.

There are a ton of examples how to do it, so not going to write it just share them.

You can also do it via JavaScript in Form Events and Grids etc.
