Building a flow that logs number of email on either sharepoint or excel.

I have the below Flow which emails when a certificate is going to expire within 30 days, however I would like it to log the number of emails sent. I assume this will be an initialize variable however as this can only "The operation 'Initialize variable' can only be used at top level." I'm a bit stuck on how I would update the spreadsheet or even the sharepoint list when an email is sent. Please could you help

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    If you want to log the number of emails sent against each list record then you need to create a custom column in SharePoint as numeric. From the Get Items you can retrieve the current value. After Send email action step you can use an update list item increment the numeric value by adding 1 to keep the count.
