I have a managed solution. It contains a PowerApp shared with end users. The PowerApp calls a Power Automate flow in that solution.
This functionality works for myself, our test accounts, and some of our regular end users.
However, it fails for the majority of end users - ones whose only exposure to this environment is being shared this app - the flow simply does not get called.
This makes me believe the problem is something to do with permissions or environment rights.
Also note we are using Per-App licences for this app to licence our end users.
