Open xlsx - different names

Hi,

in my flow I need to open an excel file from download folder but the file name is changing ie:

work_orders_2023-06-20--02-21-14.xlsx

work_orders_2023-06-20--03-15-22.xlsx

(based on the date and time of export)

Is it possible to open the last saved file: work_orders*?

Thank you for any hints! (I am a beginner with PowerAutomate...)

    Do you want to open a latest file from a folder?

    Could you please tell me that how you configure your flow?

     

    Actually, we could use the Get files(properties only)

    Hi Qi,

    thanks for advice! I am using PA desktop not cloud, and this function Get files (properties only) is available on for cloud version, or? Any chance to sort it out in PA desktop? And yes, I need to open a latest file in the folder.
