Hi MJ-14101015-0,

If you click on the Advanced Options, then you can update the Requestor email with a Custom value if you want.

About the date created, I don't seen that in my approval emails. Which action are you using in your flow?

Hello ,

Which steps / option are you using in Power automate ?

I my flow in step : Start and Wait for an approval , i do not see such option there , even if i go to ,,advance option,,.

anyway i think it is not response which would help me , cause i am able to send my email to requestor , it is not a problem.

Problem is , if i am able to change somehow the layout of automatic generated mail from Power automate and change fields like requested by or Date created which looks like is automatically generated from PA flow,

Hi MJ-14101015-0,

I am using "Start and wait for an approval" too. Strange why you are not getting these options.

Anyway, I don't think you can fully customise the layout of this approval email.

Here's a video on how you can make a few look and feel changes like Bold Text, creating a list, etc. -
