I want to paste the data in excel -> select column A -> text to column (fixed width) -> finish
I can only do it by "Press button in window".
Are there any faster ways to do this?

After pasting the data to the excel, then press buttons. I think my flow is inefficient, are there any other ways to perform the text to column (fixed width) in excel.

You can do it by using vb script please refer
