Generate monthly pdf report

Hi , I am facing an issue building a monthly pdf and excel report from Sharepoint list . Do we have step by step approach how can the schedule flow can be build to pull only monthly report from Sharepoint list. Scenario : Each week new record got added to Sharepoint list so we want to pull all the data for previous month. For example in Oct 2023 it should pull Sept 2023 records. Same thing need to be done subsequent month .

This should help!

In your case you can add a recurrence trigger that runs every month on a defined date.

You can add a filter to the Get items for a specific month like this

Expression:

concat(utcNow('yyyy-MM'),'-01T00:00:00')

You can then convert it to PDF by following the blog
