Hi,
I'm new here and new to Power Automate. I'm trying to create a flow so that once a new ticket is created in ServiceNow, a Teams message is posted with the details of the ticket, but I would also like the Team or the Channel to be @mentioned.
So far, I've gotten the @mention to work using a "Send an HTTP request" based off an email, but it posts as myself and not the bot. Is it possible to use @mentions for a team or channel using the "post to chat or channel" action?
