Hi All,

Currently I'm running a flow whereby it launch outlook, browse thru subfolder & open an email.

Once the email been opened, it should click a link.

Problem now been that it failed to click the link. On step 12 it able to recognize the window, but when reach step 13 it unable to click Ui which store within the opened email.

    Hi @foxngn84

Have you tested the selector of that ui element which you have captured ?

Also instead of doing ui automation to open link, why don't you try the step of reading email body > capturing link using regex/ string manipulation and open that link ?

Would that be a better way ?

Ok, I found another solution which is to use move mouse to image, then using send keys to copy the link.

But I got another issue now. After I opened the link, I want to extract data using extract data from webpage. But PAD doesn't recognize the webpage thus it failed to extract data.

I tried to use Get window & Set window to recognize the webpage, but it still failed.

    Hi @foxngn84

Since you have opened the webpage by UI Actions not  via PAD actions, you need to attach the opened browser so that PAD can recognizes it, for that use launch chrome to attach to already opened browser by using title/URL so that PAD can recognizes it and u can use it further
