Add Teamflow to Canvas App failed during send HTTP Request

Hello there,

I have a problem with adding a flow to canvas app.

Firstly, i´ve created a Flow in my normal Accounts repository.

This flow is triggered by PowerApp button and creates a item with "ask in flow" name and then send a Email to me.

I added this flow to the button in the app and it´s working fine.

In my company the flows and apps have to be runned by a service account.

I´ve exported the app and the flow to this account (and changed the names of both) . Then i have set my normal Account as Co-Owner so that the permissions will be right (im editing the app and flow from my normal account).

Because of the changed flow name i want to add the flow from the teamflow repository again (same flow, same app) but when it trys to connect it "failed during http send request" see in the screenshot.

But when im editing the app with the service account and add the flow its working.

What could be the problem here?

It has to work from my normal account...

Thank you.

    Hi @Andi690,

    After you edit the Flow name, you should remove the Flow from the PowerApps button, then save the app and close it, then add the Flow back again.

    Hi @Andi690,

    If you click the "Create a new Flow" button, will the error appear?

    If yes, it is caused by the service, or it is caused by the Flow name. If the Flow is simple, you could consider creating a new one Flow to test this issue whether appear or not.

    Hi @Andi690,

    It is weird, I never met such issue, does your PowerApps still exists the problem? I guess it is a temporary issue.

    @v-litu-msft

    I have actually came across this as well. Last month.

    Basically I created a Power App and have 7 Flows attached (PowerApps Trigger).

    Now I have handed the support off to another team, When they were doing a deployment they were trying to add the Flows back to the Power App, they have got this error.

    They all have Owner permissions on the App and all the Flows.

    When I add the flows back, it works and I do not get these errors. Its weird.

    Hi @Andi690 @Jcook ,

    I found there is a post similar to your issue has been solved in PowerApps:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Adding-Flow-to-Canvas-App-gt-Failed-during-HTTP-Request/m-p/417793

    It seems like an issue happened on the Flow side, I hope it could help you something.

    This is the same behavior... Did you got a workaround for this?

    I´ve read this article also before i wrote mine here...it is´nt a problem in my flow itself...

    I deleted everything in my Flow to the absolute minimum and i can´t add it...

    @v-litu-msft

    Thanks for the post. However the problem and issue seems to be a slight different than the one I and @Andi690 have experienced.

    Again for some unknown reason. When anyone that I have shared the Flow and Power App with try's to add the Flow to the Power App they get the Http request error.

    But if I add it, it works.
