Getting error "Fix connection" when running my Desktop flow from Cloud

I am calling my desktop workflow from the cloud ( manually trigger as of now). i created the flow using service account, now i am adding my user account to run the flow. it is throwing error ? any insights/thoughts what i am doing wrong. Thanks,
