Hi Team,

We are trying to create a flow that will automatically turn on if the flow has not run all in the past 30 or 90 days.

Below is the flow that we created but unfortunately flows under "Shared with me" is not visible under List of Flow options, its only showing my Cloud flows. Is there a way where we can locate the "Shared with me" flows using Power Automate Management?

Hi,

Unfortunately, i dont have the permission to use List Flows as Admin. Is there any other way around to be able to turn on some of my flows under Shared with me?

Hi @glennedzone,

Do you have admin access in the environment? If so, you could use the List Flows as Admin action instead:
