Create a Sign in / Sign out for work Flow

Hello everyone,

Was wondering if anyone out there has done something similar and would like to share pros/cons. Was thinking to create a Microsoft Forms with just a QR-Code that the workers scan with their phone, choose sign in/sign out, type their name and check in/out for the day. Built with Power Automate create two tables with the column headers "Sign Ins" and "Sign Out" based on what is in Forms.

Pretty easy Flow to build and keep track if people are honest, but the question is with this setup -

* Easy to just be a home and "sign in / sign out"

* Easy to scan the QR code twice and type multiple names in etc.,

So if anyone has a smarter solution/safer for incorrect sign ins I'd be very happy to hear 🙂 (it's about 120 people who will be using it everyday to sign in/out)

@jinivthakkar Thank you very much for you reply.
I understand the process and how it would help, but wouldn't help exactly my scenario. It's not for any type of remote work, the workers that need the sign in / out has to be at the work place and that should be the only place where they can sign in / out. Important factor as well is that 99% of the workers are not users within our organization, so they do not have a Office 365 license. Therefore I was thinking a Forms and not Teams for this case.
Right now we are using paper and pen when they arrive to work, and it works to some extend but in 2021 it would be nice to have some sort of different way to solve the sign in / out.

As I said it would be easy with Forms and have them chose from 2 choices - Sign In or Sign Out. But with this they could do it at home, and to switch QR code everyday doesn't feel like the smoothest way either. Do you have any other suggestions?
