Power Automate Flow Help!
I have a specific folder on Sharepoint for pdf receipts.

I'd like to automate:
Trigger: A new pdf file is added to a specific folder
Action: Attach a copy of said pdf, and email to a specific recipient

Is this possible? And if so, how?

    Hi @ndonneCQ ,

For the trigger, you can use "When a file is created” to capture the metadata of the newly created file, including the file name and type.

Then, you can use "Get file content" action to retrieve the contents of the PDF file and store it in a variable.

Finally, you can use the "Send an email" action to send an email with the PDF file attached by adding an attachment in the "Attachments" field and selecting the variable that contains the PDF content.

Yes, its actually very simple. You may want to add a condition to check that the file extension is PDF.  Otherwise it will send whatever file is uploaded to that folder.

    Thank you @Pstork1  and @Jdelavega
I think it may be an issue internally as to how we have set up sharepoint
I cannot select any specific folder to designate - the only options in 'site address' are the main sharepoint groups.
I am unsure how to designate "List Name" either.

(As you can tell I am very new to PowerAutomate)

I don't think you are using the right trigger.  This is the one you should be using. The first field is the SharePoint site address.  The second is the address of the folder in the document library. Or are you trying to do this when an attachment is added to a List item?
