I have create a flow to post adaptive card to teams. Just wondering anyway I could change the blue icon beside to another image? Also, the flow I create is when a file is create and modified. Than check if the promotion state is equal to 2. Than push the adaptive card to teams , than I could trigger the flow only when the pages is being published. But the flow also trigger when the page is edit and publish again. How could I set the flow and let the flow just trigger when the page is first published?
1) The blue image is of the flow user and you can not change it in teams
2) Currently you are using trigger "When a file is created or modified (properties only)" instead use "When a file is created (properties only)"
