Can't retrieve Usernames in their responses in the approve response Table

Hello,

I am trying to retrieve Approvers names, responses and comments but the Approval response table no longer stores the names.

Is there a way to retrieve the names from another table or are they stored somewhere else?

    Hi @keaney_22 ,

The approvers are stored in the owner column.

The owner column is a lookup column to User table in this case.

    Hi @v-xiaochen-msft ,

This is only capturing the person who initiates the workflow, not the multiple responders. It saves their responses, but not the person who made the response.

    Hi @keaney_22 ,

    It saves the approvers.

    Hi @v-xiaochen-msft ,

Do you know if there is an ability to save the people who received the approver but did not respond?

    Hi @keaney_22 ,

There is a table called 'Approval request'. This table stores all approvers.

You can compare the differences between the 'request' table and the 'response' table.

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky
