Close Pop up window Excel

Team,

 

I have flow to open all the excel file in the folder, while doing these operation in few excel there are links for other files which is poping an window and the flow is not moving further.

 

What is the best solution to close this window.

    Bumping this question. I do have the same use case where I need to have this pop up taken care of. Altering registry for office applications is not an option as well.
