All must respond notifications to requester

Hi All,

I'm still fairly new Power Automate so apologies if this is basic but im struggling to figure this out. I have created an all must respond approval flow however the requester receives an approval notification  each time one of the four approvers responds which is rather mis-leading. How do I turn this function off so that the requester gets one notification once everyone has responded but the approvers still receive their notifications please?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @TNixon1 ,

If you want to turn off email notifications, you can turn this setting off.

If you want to turn off individual approval notifications in Teams, I'm afraid not at the moment, I tried to turn off notifications for a certain approval during my use of Teams, but I failed, I just found the setting to turn off all approval notifications. You can refer to this: Solved: Disabling Teams notifications on approval flow - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

I think Teams might update this setting, but it's going to take a while. Hope for other community members will come up with other good ideas here.

    Hi @v-mengmli-msft ,

Thanks for your response, yes i had found where to turn notifications off but that turns all notifications off for approvers and requesters which is not an whole lot of use. Its the notification the requester receives each time one of the 4 approvers responds im trying to disable until a final outcome has been reached i.e all approved or rejected. A notification to the requester each time an approver responds is mis-leading to the requester thinking their request has been approved when actually 3 other approvers needs to need approve before that conclusion should been reached.

    Thanks
