Getting HTML Resource Not Found Error from Update A Row Block

I'm getting the following error in my update a row (Dataverse) block in the image attached


I've double checked the row identifiers and everything seems to match up, but I can't figure out why I'm getting this "resource not found" problem. Does anyone know what it could be?
