enter HTML a-tag in send-email action doesn't work

Hi, I want to insert a HTML a-tag in a send-email action.

For that, I do the following:

If I switch back to the normal view, I get the following:

If I go back to the HTML-view, my code is completely different and doesn't work:

1.png

 

May anyone please help me?
