Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a flow which sends an email to an approver with a summary of details and attachments when a form response is submitted. When the forms are submitted an excel sheet of all the responses is generated in sharepoint. Does anyone know if it is possible to capture the approval response back into the excel sheet? rather than having to manually go into the sheet each time and add.
