Hi everyone,
I am trying to use the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Connector to get the items from an entity. The required input parameter is instanceId, but I am unsure what this refers to. According to the documentation, it is the identifier of an instance. I am trying to retrieve the items from an entity called fmdk_termination, but that doesnt work as input.
Additionally, the trigger "Triggers a flow when a process in Customer Insights is completed" requires an Instance Name as an input parameter. However, I do not get any options to choose from. I have tried using the environment URL and ID, but those don't work either.
Has anyone successfully implemented any Dynamics 365 Customer Insights function?
