Access denied message in Flow on Get Items action for a SharePoint online list

i'm the flow creator, I'm site owner, i created the list, i'm in the owners group with full control to the list, i explicitly granted my user account full control to the list, but still receive access denied when performing Get Items action in my Flow. Was having issues with a larger Flow at the Get Items stage. So created simple instant from blank test Flow with the first step after the input being Get Items, and i recieve the same error. i have another Flow that adds items to the same list with no issues. any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you share the specific configuration of Flow?

I am wondering if the trigger is PowerApps Button, and if so, there may be Access denied.

In addition you could try to recreate the connection of this action and see if issue still exists.

    Hi @v-bacao-msft ,

Thank you for the reply. Please see a screenshot of the Flow below. This is a simple instant button i created for the purpose of testing only the delete step. i have a larger Flow that started giving me issues with the delete step. so i wanted to verify if it was the larger Flow that had the issue or the delete step. Since this small Flow button is failing it seems to have something to do with the Get Items action on the SPO list prior to deleting. The larger Flow that fails at the delete step  is not a button, it's an automated Flow based on conditions. So fails either as button or automated Flow with same message. I have not created a new connection yet as i have quite a few Flows associated to it and no other issues but this step on this one list. Also to note, i have two other Flows that successfully interact with the same list. I can add items to the SPO list and i can update items on a SharePoint on prem list once the SPO list item has been modified. Only issue with the SPO list is Get Items action. FlowForum.PNG

    Hi @Anonymous ,

From the configuration of Flow, this is really no problem.

And the error message indicates that this is a permission issue, you could try to recreate the connection, or if it is a manually triggered Flow, please check if the connection is the expected one at runtime.

    Hi  ,

Thanks for the replies. Issue has been resolved. Turns out a PowerApps trial license got assigned to my account and it was expired. Somehow  that PowerApps trial license caused the issue in Flow. Not sure how they're related but I recieved assistance from MS support and that fixed it.
