How to assign a Bucket in Planner or a label based on a SharePoint List item

Greetings....

I am building a flow that creates a task in Planner based on a SharePoint list. One of the List Columns is called "Request Type" and this is set up as a choice with a dropdown to select a specific value as seen below.

I'm trying to have the task that is created in Planner be assigned either to a Bucket that is the same as the Request Type field in SharePoint or have a label assigned that is the same as the selected Request Type in Planner. I can't figure out how to do this. any help is appreciated. Cheers.

You are going to need to get the list of Buckets, then filter that based on the incoming string, so that you can then get the bucket ID to use in the create task.

here is a great article on how to do that Power Automate: Planner - List Buckets Action - Manuel T. Gomes

Again, you need to use that action, to get the full list of buckets. Then Filter the returned array where the Name = YourIncomingValueString

Then grab the id from the record you find (assuming you find one), and then put that id in the Bucket Id

please come back if you have more questions or help as you do that.
