BadRequest - Move File

I am working on building an automated approval flow in sharepoint. Part of that flow is that once a document has been approved, it should move to a different sharepoint folder.

But the move part of the process is not working and giving a BadRequest error. It doesn't have any more details about the cause of the issue.

Need assistance!!

    Hi @PratInd

    Could you tell me:
    1. What is action[Set content approvel status]?
    2. Are the data structures of the two documents exactly the same?

Could you show more details about your flow or folder details?

Here is a test of moving files for your reference:

In order to avoid the problem of file being locked, I added a delay in flow

    Hello @v-chengfen-msft ,

    1. So set approval status blade moves the document from Pending to Approved status

    2. data structures of the two documents are exactly the same

    Hi @PratInd

I guess that [Set content approval status] changes the data type of the two folders.

    Maybe you can try:

Add the status column to both lists, and then after the audit passes, you can change the file status to Approve.

    Best Regards

    Cheng Feng
