I have several functions / forms in the Microsoft web apps throwing errors. One is Copilot Studio, and the other on the Power Platform admin center Deployment. They both seem to have the same Flows root cause.
(The Copilot Studio error is that I get crash report screen when I try to access Flows, but the error message says contact support, meaning me.)
In Power Platform admin center Deployment I get the error below. It is coming from "Pending approvals" widget, which means pending approvals are not showing.
Any thoughts?

I tried raising a ticket with MS Support but could not get through the AI dialogue to a sensible place - you have to select a problem category and I cant find anything close to this. Any ideas on how to raise a ticket welcome.
