This is a basic flow to create or update items in a SharePoint List when a form is completed, I am seeing that the form response metadata availability is inconsistent. How can I access the form response metadata in my "Create Item" and "Update Item" Actions?

Complete Flow:

Hi there.  I wonder if it has more to do with the field type than the placement of the action.  In your after-pic, I imagine it's looking for numbers compared to the strings in the before.

Try putting the "Hours" stuff in a compose and see if it's available from that in your subsequent steps.

    Keep us posted.

You are correct that the metadata is transferable through the compose action

There is an advanced setting for "Get Items" and probably other collectors that can limit what fields are available for choice for Dynamic content selection.

If you are having problems with not seeing all fields in Dynamic content - check to see what you have set for "Limit Columns by View".  Only the columns in the selected view are available for Dynamic content selection.  You can select "Use All Columns" - although this may lead to other problems - There is a hint - "Avoid column threshold issues by only using columns defined in a view".

    Column Threshold???

    Best of Luck
