This flow has been working - Now the users that it has been working for (including me who built it) are complaining that it's not working today.

UnauthorizedAccess to CDB. Inner Message: {\"error\":{\"code\":\"OperationForbidden\",\"message\":\"Unauthorized Access\",\"innerError\":{\"code\":\"UnauthorizedAccess\"}}}"

I notice that others are having similar issues - could there be a problem with the platform in general?

Running into this issue as well. If it is tied to a Form that's shared IE. "Get Response Details", the Forms are all missing from their respective groups.

Yeah - it is related to "Get Response Details" - Is this a change at MS? I don't really understand what you mean by 'missing from their respective groups'

Wish I knew... Our org has a lot of processes running off of Power Automate and Forms.

So if the Form is shared with a group (Teams group or otherwise) it will come up at the bottom of the Forms page. All of the Forms are missing from the groups, save for a few (not sure why)

this is working for me now also - must have been a glitch on the platform as I've made no changes.

Hi, I'm having this issue now since the 6th of September. So almost exactly a year since others had this same issue.
Are you having troubles with this again too? Did anybody raise a case at Microsoft previous time?

I just have this error come up too and it hasnt resolved itself but wonder if it will like it did for the above posters?

Hi @michelle_COP , I hope so too. In the meantime I'm thinking of where and how to raise a case at MS.

Hi @michelle_COP , in my case I got it to work again. It turned out that my access to those forms was not in place anymore. Not only within Power Automate, but I could also not open the form in MS Forms. Maybe due to some update the sharing with the account used by Power Automate was lost. Resharing fixed it.
