Holiday MS Forms to Approval - Add to Outlook Calendar

Hi,

We are trying to create a process that will create a calendar event following a submission of MS Forms and approval being granted.

Currently this is the flow that works:

  • User Submits MS Form (Holiday Request)
  • Approval email is issued to outlook
  • Approval is granted
  • Email is triggered to requester to confirm approval

What is not working:

  • Once approval is given the calendar event is not being added to the requesters calendar

Below is the flow from start to end, can anyone please advise ?

    Hi @nots23 ,

    Does your flow fail?

Can you try putting a ; between the two email addresses in the required attendees field

    Hi @eric-cheng ,

    Thanks for your reply.

I've added the ; between , but this is still not pulling through on the calendar as an event. The Flow has no errors found.

    Thats strange.

I created a flow with a form and it added the event.

    Hi @eric-cheng ,

I was wondering if this was due to Date capture in Forms not including the time ?

@eric-cheng  Do you think this is due to the date capture format ?

    Hi @nots23 ,

As you have selected all day event, it should still create an all day event.
