Unable to see pending requests for power automate approval flow.

I have created a power automate 3 level approval flow. It has been working fine from couple months. However recently I am unable to see pending requests in power automate.

 

When I click on the flow I dont see requests submitted for approval. 

 

Below request were submitted:

I dont see them in here:
