Flow successful, item not updated

Hi all,

My flow is triggered by an item being updated in a SharePoint list. It gets the item, if a column is equal to Yes it is supposed to send an email and update the column to Notification Sent. The flow says all steps ran successfully but the item isn't updated in the SharePoint. The output for the final update item step shows the appropriate column being updated to Notification Sent but it isn't actually on the SharePoint.

Turns out it was a server issue. Nothing wrong with the flow, Microsoft just wasn't updating.

A single column needs to be updated. The column is a choice column with Charge Needed? as the title with 4 choices; No, Yes, Notification Sent, and Charge Sent. Modifying the column from No to Yes triggers the flow and sends the notification email, but doesn't update the status to Notification Sent, but still shows the flow as running successfully at all steps

    Hi @BVSK ,

Please try to refresh the list, the problem may be caused by delay update.

If above doesn't work, please provide details of "update item" action and type of failed column.

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
