How to convert the xls to xlsx using power automate? In my org run script and external connectors are not allowed. However the xls contains the protected view. I'm trying to create the table to read the excel columns it says that Error code: access denied.could not obtain a WAC token. Kindly suggest me how to go about this?

Encodian's Convert Excel action can cross convert between excel formats as well as other non-excel formats.
xls is protected view, is there any other way to read this file by using automated cloud flow?
I’ve never worked with xls & I haven’t seen anyone mention how to convert it without 3rd party connectors before, at least not without Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
