Html bar reverts to 'https://web.powerapps.com/webplayer/autherror' when attempting to load app in dynamic 365 on IE11.
Error message 'Failed to fetch' when trying to load in Opera 45.0.
Both errors on Windows 7 32-bit.
App opens fine via IOS, limiting my app to about 1/10 users.
I am also getting this on Edge as well. We have an app that is supposed to be user tested tomorrow..

Have you tried to clear the Browser cache?
Besides, a network capture trace with F12 or Fiddler would be helpful.
If convenient, please send a private messge to me with the trace captured, I will then help to take a further look.
