how to export planner tasks to Excel with power automate

Hello everyone,

I apologize in advance if I'm posting this question on the wrong forum.

I would like to export my plan and my tasks in details from planner to Excel in order to send a feedback for my associates.
I know that the premium version more or less allows me to do this, but my company doesn't give me access.
So I saw that it was possible to do this with Power Automate.
After watching several videos and websites, i still can't do it.

Do you know how to create an instant cloud flow where as soon as a task is created on planner, a column is added to the Excel doc.
Is it also possible that when I modify an existing task in Planner, the Excel document updates automatically?

Thanks in advance for your help

No, you cannot combine an "instant" flow to do anything "automated"

You would need an Automated Flow Trigger

You can use the "When a task is created trigger"
then add your column to excel and populate it

    All done automatically.

As this answers your question Please Mark the Answer a such.

If you want help building, please start a different thread with the Flow you try to create and ask help for

    Thanks!
