I created a Power App in Power Apps that utilizes a Custom Connector requiring an API Key. After sharing the app with my team, users were prompted to enter their API Key upon first accessing the app, and it worked successfully.

However, the API Key eventually expired, and now users need to enter a new API Key. I know how to do it on every device, but is there a way to update the API Key across all devices at the same time?

Yes you can there are 2 ways to do it

Way 1:

Store the API key in a secure location (Dataverse or SharePoint).
In your Power App, use a formula to retrieve the key dynamically from that location (e.g., LookUp function for Dataverse or SharePoint).
When you update the API key, just update it in the storage location (Dataverse or SharePoint), and all users accessing the app will automatically retrieve the new key.

Way 2:

If the API key is being used in a Custom Connector within Power Apps:

You can update the API Key directly in the Custom Connector configuration in Power Apps (through the Power Apps portal).
Once updated, the new key will be automatically used by all users accessing the app, as the Custom Connector settings are shared across all users.

Ways 3: Optional

Use Power Automate flow to update it automatically
When you update the API key in your secure storage, trigger a flow to push the new key to users' devices or update the app dynamically.
