Yesterday I changed the icon but it only impacted the mobile version of the bot, in the teams desktop version it has not been modified yet. Does anyone know any solution?

Thanks for the answer, I tried everything you named and it didn't work, after 48 hours I could see the icon update, however my colleagues still couldn't see the icon updates. I am going to start a case with the support, thank you very much

Did you publish your bot? (Bot >> Publish left menu)
Did you try to restart your Teams Desktop app?
My suggestion:
- Open the MS Teams app
- Sign out
- Quit
- Sign in
- Open the bot
If it is not working yet, send the "start over" message and repeat the process above.
