Is it possible to update the SharePoint list quickly when the 2000 rows excel is updated in "onedrive"?
I have a SharePoint list with 2000 items and continues to update from Excel. I want to update empty fields by using email addresses on that list.
I created a flow this.
this flow took so long, almost 6 hours. and it created 38000 flow runs in 6 hours. SharePoint list includes 1060 rows.

Since you are using the trigger 'when a item is created or modified', If any update made on each Item, it will go through all processes.
From your description, your request is focus on updating empty fields.
My suggestion is adding conditions to reduce the action performed after 'Get Item'
If (Line manager, Office location == null/empty):
then {go to the next step}
else{finish}
