PowerAutomate - issue is getting Attachmens in Service account

I am creating a flow to trigger an email with email attachments on daily basis. The source file for the attachments is saved in the sharepoint library with data and time format. The email gets triggered and able to open the attachment from sharepoint library when I created and saved the souce file from personal mailbox.  But when I am using the service account mailbox it shows file format and extension issue. when I open that saved excel file.

    Hi,
     
    The root cause here is a license issue.  Can you confirm your service account has Office 365 subscription please?  It sounds like you don't have a subscription.
