Capture response from email

Hi Guys,

I am able to send an email with accounts data into an html.

what i need to to do is , send an email for approval or rejection of the account records.

Approver will choose either of the option and send back an email.

 i need to capture table response and update the records into the CRM.

 

i am not sure if there is any method of doing this kind of automation.

    Hi @UKAutomate 

     

    Have you explored the approvals connector? I think it could be more helpful for your needs. 

    You can save the approval outcome and the comments, another option you can use is "send an email with options" from the Outlook connector.

    @AnthonyAmador is on point with his suggestion.  In addition, you might take a look at the Send an Email with Options action (Office 365 Outlook).
