Is it possible to use Subfolders for the item "on new mail". My folder in Office 365 Outlook is for example:

Inbox (German Posteingang)

Subfolder: 01ToDo

Subfolder2: 05Accouting

In the form field "folder path" i tried Inbox/01Todo/05Accounting but i always get the error 404 does not exist.

Thanks for help.

Oliver

    Hello,

Does Exist any way for to apply the flow for any folder and sub-folder?

    Regards

UPDATE: It seems that I can only move mails from a Shared Mailbox to my local folders dynamically and not within the Shared Mailbox's folders. What are the Flow requirements to make this work within the Shared Mailbox?

    Re: E-Mail Subfolders

I'm having the same issue when trying to move mails dynamically in a shared mailbox, based on criteria. I can do it statically when clicking on the folder dropdown, but I need to do some pre processing(includes looking up a sharepoint list) before moving the emails. I don't want to create a 30(possibly) item switch/condition statement in flow.

I also run into the issue that if I specify a subfolder on an Inbox that has de-de as locale the Flow will fail.

Funnily enough - it will work on the root of the mailbox (tested both Outlook.com and Office 365) when I use "Inbox" (in english - Posteingang as displayed in Outlook will not work)

The following folder path will fail:

    Posteingang

    Inbox/test

    Posteingang/test

The only path working for me is

    Inbox

    (again - locale is de-de)

    Re: E-Mail Subfolders

I had a really hard time with subfolders.  Strangest thing, I had folder with no special char's in it at all.  Folder was named without quotes "Proactive" could never get flow to read the folder.  I renamed that folder to "AProactive" and now flow sees the subfolder just fine.  Very strange behavior.

    Apologies for the late response.

I am guessing that there is an issue with the name of the folder encoding and this could be a potential bug in the email connector.

Do other folders work ? Can you create a folder with out the unicode character (%u00) and try out if it works for you as a work around ? In the meanwhile i will try to investigate this.

    Hi,

Can you also share your flow id ? The way to do that is to copy paste the browser url when you hve the flow open.
