How to retrieve outlook email messages from shared mail account

How to retrieve outlook email messages from shared mail box.
 
I have email account and there I'm added shared mail id.
 
I want to retrieve emails in send items from shared mail box.
 
How to retrieve emails.

    You can set "Sent Items" on the Mail Folder
