Create a Outlook Calendar item from To Do list task

Hey Power Automate Community

I'm trying to prepare such flow:

Create a 20-mins Outlook 365 Calendar item from a Microsoft To Do list task before To Do Due Date.

When: Any free 20-minutes slot based on Outlook 365 Calendar between 9AM - 5PM for the default calendar timezone (or CET), before To Do - Due date.

I could not find parameters responsible for "20 -minutes slot" and specify the condition to save it in Outlook 365 calendar before Due date specified in new To do Task.

Have you seen any templates? The goal is to simply block calendars for To Dos based on availability.

Thank you for all tips.

    Hello @LukFok

Wouldn't this be the correct action?

Hey @Matthy79 - thank you for the reply. I tried (with the flow summarized below), but seems it ignores my other meetings that are already in the calendar. Maybe I missed some step, but tried to "exclude" all times when I'm not available.

Why do you apply to each "Meeting Time"? I thought you want to create only one entry in the calendar. So I would take the first entry and create the todo Task.

Please check the output of "Find meeting times". Are there time slots that shouldn't appear in the list? For me this connection works.

Thank you again @Matthy79 for support! It still creates the calendar items when I'm busy.

I understand after "Find Meeting Time", I need to use the "Create Event" to make a new entry into calendar based on availability. And correct, I need just one "blocker" and I specified that under "Max Candidates" field under Create Event:

So have you checked the output of "Find meeting times"? Is it wrong? In my case it works. So please first check if this action shows the correct values for you.

Yes, the output is wrong. It has suggested the slot where I'm busy.

I think that is a problem.

Which connection do you use? Is it the same user you are searching the free slot?

What if you use "Get calendar view of events (V3)"? Do you see all events there?
