I have built a flow to take responses from different responders and put them in a list on SharePoint site. After that, a mail is sent to responders based on the answer they choose on the form.
The problem is the flow takes and create only one response in the list. Subsequent responses from different responders are not captured. Screenshots of the flow are below.
