Hi,
I just want to confirm this one and apologies if it has been asked before. I'm currently sending emails via the outlook 365 connector in a flow. I'm just wondering if the mail is stored in any other location other than in the sent items of the sending mailbox.

The emails are stored in the mailbox of the user whos connection was used it.
And they are also stored in the CDS (I believe its restricted) that's you can see them in the run history that is why when you export the run history in a CSV file you can see the content of the email that was sent by the flow.
