You probably need to discuss with your IT/Power Platform department - looks like they've blocked this particular connector.

I was searching about this error to answer another post in the community and found this one. This is the instructions that I got from Microsoft Official Docs:
To solve it, you (or your M365 Admin) eventually will need to change the network-based location policy.
