Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

This is probably an extremely silly question, but I can't find an answer. I've been creating Canvas apps for a while now, but I just started learning how to create model-driven apps. In my current environment, I'm unable to create new table within my Solution, but I can use several tables available. I would like to rename some of the columns on those table, but I'm not sure if renaming those columns will only apply to my app or anyone else using those tables in another app. For example, I have a table called "Accounts" that has a column name "Account Name". I would like to change that to "Office Name". Would someone else that is creating another model-driven app be affected by this change?
