Flow doesn't run - CDS to SQL

Hello all,

Thank you for your time!

I'm creating a flow to replicate my data from CDS to a SQL on-premise. I'm with troubles because my flow doesn't recognize the new records. I already try another activities (like update or delete) but it doesn't recognize that either.

My flow is like this:

I've already enabled the change tracking option:

Anyone has an idea because I can't do this?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @guiggs,

Could you please confirm the environment selection of the Flow whether it is the same when you create a record?

Or you could create a simple Flow to create a record via Flow, for example:

If it could work, please confirm the account whether located in your organization.

    Hi @v-litu-msft,

    Thank you for your feedback!

I've tried your suggestion and it worked as you can check:

I've also made some adjustments to my initial flow:

I've create a new record by a form and also by the 'add record' function but unfortunately this still not solved my problem ☹️

What you mean with confirm the account whether located in your organization?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi @guiggs,

Cause the CDS entity could be granted to a Guest who is not in your organization. If your trigger Scope is Organization, the trigger will be fired only when a user is in your organization create a record.Annotation 2020-05-21 170516.jpg

So, please make sure the user is in your organization, or change the Scope to "User", then have a try.

    Hi @v-litu-msft ,

Once again, thanks for your help!

I've changed the scope to 'User' as you can see bellow but it wasn't triggered:

    Screenshot_5.png

As you can see here, I've created two records; the first by my form and the second by hand in the highlighted function:

    Screenshot_6.png

Bellow you can see my form too:

If you can give some more guidelines I would be grateful!

    Thanks!

    Hi @guiggs

It should trigger especially the records are saved successfully. Make sure your flow is using the correct environment. I am sure it is.

Could you try to create a solution in flow? Then check for CDS connector? If you seeing two connectors then use the second one which is called the default environment one and try.

    Thanks

    Hi @abm,

    Thank you for your help!

Yes, it should trigger if the records are saved successfully. Now, I'm just doing some tests and I didn't put that rules over here yet.

Yes, I'm in the same environment in PowerApps and Power Automate as you can see:

I'm already creating the solution in flow. Initially I was in PowerApps but in the middle of the process I came to the flow/Power Automate.

    Thanks!

    Hi @guiggs

Thanks for your reply. I can see your are using the same org. Not sure how much I can help you in this. If you could raise this with Microsoft support  hopefully they could provide an answer.

    Thanks

    Update regarding this topic:

    - I've done my flow run changing the connector to 'Dynamics 365' connector;

    - I was in a sandbox and it was configured to Admin mode, so all async services were disabled and so it's normal for the Flows not to trigger -> https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/sandbox-environments#administration-mode

Thank you for your time once again!

    Best regards!
